In my free time
What is my lifestyle- I like to exercise. Now swimming is what I like most. When I was a little child, I am the only one in family that cannot swim. Unlucky me, at that time,my grandmother house has a canal in front of the house. But now I compensate that time by swimming 2-4 times a week. Jogging - I don't like to be in gym and jog. Instead, I like to be in the park - Lumpini Park is the biggest one in Bangkok, many people go there so it is quite lively place. -Next, travelling, Many people love travelling.I love to see things around, know the world , know many kinds of people.I can go anywhere. I don't mind whether it is mountain or sea, whether it is in Thailand or in other countries. - Next,Voluntary things. I realized that I enjoy working as a volunteer since I participated in 13th Asia Games in 1998, organized at Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus. That time I was freshy. From good experiece of the first one cultivated me to be activity girl, I continued doing many activities such as camping for rural areas, activities for unpreviledged children and many other activities. I learned a lot from those activities,I can say that my attitudes toward this planet grow up from them.. Now it has become part of my life. - Next,Watching Television, Listening to radioI think this is what everyone's lifestyle. - Next , ReadingI am not such a good reader. I don't read much but I have to read a lot. I have not grow up in reading environment- but it cannot be excuse for not to read books. My career require me to keep myself learned. So I read. ---------------This should be all for now.

my favorit and anything this I like
My favorite movie. First of all, all the characters are very nice and well-created. They look so real when I saw in each scene, those can help creating the sence of happiness. Second of all, I was impressed by the beautiful scene in this movie. The settings are very beautiful especially the one with the Eiffel tower and the light at night in Paris. Also the cuisine is rich in its well-decorations and very mouth-watering. I could see the way of life of French people that they take the cuisine one of the most important things in life. Last of all, this movie can be a good moral lesson for any person who dare to follow and catch up their dream. As the film says that anyone can cook. In my opinion it means no matter who you are you can be successful in life only when you keep doing your best and try hard. This movie can encourage people from all of life. It doesn't only entertain people but also give a good moral lesson.
"Spiderman" is my favourite hero. For one thing, he looks better than any other superheroes. For example, he does not wear his under-wear outside like superman does and he does not have two ears like batman. The most important thing is that he always wears a stretchy suit covering his fit and firm body which makes him a sexy superhero. For another thing, he has his own supernatural power. He doesn't need to eat spinach to increase his strenght like Popeye and he doesn't need any special equipments to handle with those villains. Anyway, he always knocks out his enemies and save the world and his girl. I am so jealous of his girl. I wish I am married to a guy like Spiderman.
''...My Favourite Place...'' I really love spending my vacations in ______. First of all, it is very easy to get there although it is an island. You can get there by plane which is the best way. The other ways are by train, by coach and by boat. The trains leave the station to ______ daily in the evening and reach there in the early morning. The coaches departure from the station every 30 minutes everyday and more coaches in weekends. For another thing, ______ is world-wide known as a tourist city. The beautiful scenery, white sandy beach and clear blue sea attract the tourists. The air is extremely fresh and the city is very peaceful. That is why ______ is named 'The Pearl of Andaman.' In addition, there are many interesting activities for you. You must try the scuba-diving which leads you to the land of a large amount of unseen aquatic animals and a bunch of exquisite corals. You can also try boat-sailing, rock-climbing or mountain-biking if you would like to, and then have a rest in the evening with a marvellous show, the '______ Fantasy.' Last of all, people there are nice. According to the fact that ______ has long been a tourist city, most of people's occupations are connected to tourism; they know how to please the tourists. You will be satisfied during the vacation in ______. No wonder why my next program in the next coming soon holidays is a trip to ______.

happiness
Every night humans all around the world prey for something called happiness. Although it is very hard to find the appropriate definition of happiness, humans still want to be happy. Since then, they have tried as much as they can to achieve the happiness. In my opinion, the meaning of happiness can be identified in two ways.
Basically, humans need only four components to survive in this planet; These basic needs consist of food, clothes, shelters and medicine. If the happiness is defined by having all these things, all the things humans have to do is to make money. But in capitalism society, the four basic things are not enough. Consequently, hunmans' needs are extremely different; someone feels happy when he has a little cottage while another wants to live in a luxury apartment. That is to say, it is difficult to define the meaning of happiness in a physical way because of different standards and satisfaction in individuals.
Beyond the physical needs, happiness can be defined by psychological way as well. Humans usually feel happy when they get pleasure from smell, touch, taste, sight and hearing. Other feelings also make humans happy such as the feeling of self-esteem, love, honour, convenience and many more. All these abstract things are more difficult to measure and there are many sophisicated components to satisfy human happiness because there are always something that money can not buy.
In conclusion, happiness can not be defined in one meaning for everyone. It depends on individual background such as society, culture and education. It is very hard to say what is the most important factor that make humans happy. For me, the happiness is a suitable combination between physical and psychological things that we can feel it ourselves.

some thing this I like in phychology
Today I go to study phychology at 8.00 o'clock. A teacher came to the class an introduced some topic this I interesting, it is the method to remember. The method to remember start at sensory memory the information incoming into sensory memory if you do not attention you will forgot it an if you selective attention the information will send to the shot-term memory ( working memory ) this process can hold only a limited amount of information an average of sevev items for only a shot period of time 2 to 30 seconds then.If you do not pay attention to information in shot-term memory it is not encoded and is forgetten then if you do pay attention by rehearising the information such as takeing notes the information will be encoded for storage in long-term memory .The information that is encoded for storage in long-term memory will remain there on a relative permanent basis. Then become to the topic this I like of the most that is the encoding.
Encoding refers to acquiring information or storing information in memory by changing this information into neural or memory code for example some information such as bad-day event or conversation with friends, seem to be encoded effortlessly and automatically and easily recalled. Other information, such as memorizing terms or definition, usually requires deliberate effort and considerable time and may still not be easily recalled when taking exams. The difference of both is two different kinds of encoding automatic and effortful encoding.
Automatic encoding is the transfer of information from shot-term memory into long-term memory without any effort and usually without any awareness such as personal events, interesting facts.
Effortful encoding involves the transfer of information from shot-term memory into long-term memory either by working hard to repeat or rehearse the information or especially, by making association between new and old information.
I like this top because the encoding is make me know why I can remember something easily and why I can not remember some information this I want to remember when I take an exam .The encoding let me know why I remember some information easily and why I can not remember some information. Because this I can remember some information easily because it is the automatic encoding and this I can not remember some information because it is the effortful encoding. If I want to remember, I must repeat the information again and again, it will make me remember the information. I am a law student it is useful for me because I can know, how I will remember the information when I take an exam. The law students must remember a lot of information when take an exam such remember the words in the code of law.

Writing an essay is a difficult thing to do
Writing an essay is a difficult thing to do. You have to organize your thoughts. Sentences should have good grammar. Paragraphs can't be too short. Putting it all together isn't easy. It is hard to organize your thoughts. You may have many different ideas about the subject. It's important to pick an idea that's easy to write about. Brainstorming is a good tool for finding the right idea. Organizing your thoughts is an important first step to writing an essay. Writing good sentences for an essay takes time. All sentences need to be written correctly. Every sentence needs to support your topic. The sentences should not all start or end the same way. Taking the time to write good sentences makes your essay more interesting. The paragraphs in an essay should have more than a few words. A good paragraph has at least five sentences. There should be a structure to each paragraph. The paragraph should fully develop one of your ideas. Longer paragraphs make your essay more effective. Writing an essay is hard, but rewarding. It's good to learn to organize your thoughts. Being able to put a good sentence together will help you in lots of ways. When you know how to write a paragraph, you can answer test questions easily. Essays help you learn about your topic, and about writing, too.

I thing every Thai students do not like writing an essay because the grammar is hard they always make an misstake all the time they feel grammar is terrible when teacher give the writing an essay to them when they taking an exam or when they do homeworks.

should university students have their own car ?
Should University Students Have their Own Cars?
Some students feel that a motor vehicle is an absolute necessity. They say that having a car makes life easier and gives them freedom to travel wherever they want. I completely disagree with this idea. Owning a car while in university is a waste of money and actually causes more problems than it solves.
First of all, let's talk about money. On the average, students work twenty hours a week at 27 bath an hour. From their wages, they must pay for food, housing and tuition. A typical used car costs between 5000 bath and 6000 bath. In addition to the initial price of the car, students must come up with money for gas, insurance and repairs, which often amount to thousand of baths a month. By the time they finish paying for their cars, students have little money left for daily expenses.
Not only are cars expensive, but they also give students a lot of trouble. If a student drives downtown, for example, and something goes wrong with his car, he has to call friends from campus to help him fix the vehicle; unless, of course, he knows how to repair it himself. He ends up spending valuable time and money taking care of the car or pushing it to a service station to have it checked. Instead of the car being a time-saving device, it becomes a time and money-wasting inconvenience.
Another disadvantage of owning a car is that everyone else wants to use it. So-called "friends" often ask if they can borrow the car to pick up someone from the airport or run to the mall to do some shopping. If they don't drive they ask you to take them in your car. You end up being a taxi driver instead of concentrating on your school work.
An automobile, therefore, is definitely not essential for a university student. Unless, of course, he is super-rich and has a lot of time to waste running around. Otherwise, it can be a great burden which will end up costing the student a lot of time, money, and unnecessary trouble.

Loy Katong day
Loy Krathong is the most visually evocative of all Festivals held in Thailand. It would take a very mean spirited individual not to be moved by the sight of a November full moon with thousands of candles and incense sticks flickering and burning on floating Krathongs
Loy Krathong Day is the night of the twelfth full moon of the year. Loy Krathong Day started in Sukhothai many years ago. The kratong was made of flowers, joss sticks, and a candle. The base of krathongs are made of banana leaves or paper. Loi Krathong” is traditionally performed on the full moon night of the twelfth lunar month, which usually falls on some day in November. The floating of a ‘Krathong' – a banana–leaf cup – is intended to float away ill fortune as well as to express apologies to Khongkha or Ganga, the River Goddess. Some believe that the ritual is meant to worship the Buddha's footprint on the bank of the Narmada River, while others say that it is to pay respect to Phra Uppakhut, one of the Lord Buddha's great disciples.
The Loi Krathong Festival is celebrated nationwide in Thailand, especially where there are rivers, canals or sources of water, with different unique characteristics. flower.

something about me
I still remember the first day that my mom took me to go see a movie; I was so scared to death. Walking in the dark when you couldn’t see anything was awful enough, but wait until you had to sit with a stranger who looked like a serial killer was the whole anothing subject. As all the sounds around me rose down, the unfamilar music rush out from the screen like a fierce tiger jumped out to attack a tiny mouse. And finally the title that read “Jurassic Park” appeared in the middle of the screen. All the uncomfortable feelings that I had before seemed to disappear like a wind in the sunny day. I was amazed by the magic in front of me throughtout the movie.I mean I don’t even like dinosaurs but Steven Speirberg still managed to convince me to love it. And from that day I’m determined to be a film director. My uncle used to tell me that what a big difference between a dream and reality. A dream doesn’t always come true and a reality isn’t always what we wish it to be. You can dream of becoming a doctor all you want but if you’re terrified of blood and corpse, your dream is not going anywhere but a dream. Of course being a director is more than just about having a beard, wearing a baseball cap or having a cool lastname like Scorcese, Tarantino, or Speilberge. I think it’s ultimately about making people believe in what you do. My goal is to to send my messages acroos to the audiences and have them response to my piece of art. In a way, I think being a film director potentially could make me feel like being a president except a film director has a lot more fun, and who wouldn’t want that right? A film director is the real leader. That’s to say that you have to let everyone who are doing their work do their work. However, a director is a guide. He or she is the center of everything. And in the end of the day, it’s also a director’s fault if anything turns out wrong. I also worship the idea of talents and hard work rahter than luck. To make it big in the industry, or Hollywood, takes a lot of courages and talents. I want to prove to everyone that I could be an Asian film director that stands next to Steven Speirlberg, Peter Jackson, Clinnts Eastwood or Martin Scorcese. My uncle also said a dream is much more fun than a reality. Dreaming allows us to become who we want until, of course, when we wake up. So for the next twenty years of my succuessful film director carrer, I picture myself like I would never have imagined myself that way before. Forget about Brad Pitt, walking down the red carpet with Angelina Jolie by my left and Jennifer Aniston by my right to my world premire of my next big hit movie would be beyond my dream. And wait until the night of Oscars where thousand of respectful and admired people from movie industries gather together to make a history, and I will be one of them walking in a jaunty manner. It would be even jauntier if I actually win an Academy Award for Best Director. A lof of applaud arose from everywhere in the hall as I proudly walk up to the stage and give an impassion sppech that is a show stopper. Now that could be the culmination of my career.
